Today we are proud to share ROUTES: Journeys in Refreshment Services. It is the first in a series of videos created with the support of LightSpeed Automation and designed to celebrate and inspire members of the refreshment industry.

The idea for ROUTES came to us years ago and this video has been long in the making. In fact, the first episodes were complete before COVID-19 came on the scene to threaten our lives, our livelihoods, and our peace of mind. We decided to hit the pause button on this project once it did. It just didn’t feel right at the time.

But then we got to thinking…

The story we share in ROUTES focuses on a business that started small and grew into a successful enterprise that sold for tens of millions of dollars. In short, it’s a success story. But it’s really much more. ROUTES is an exploration of what success really means, not only to business owners, but to the employees and customers they serve.

This episode is the first in a three-part series focused on the journey of O’Sullivan Vending. Throughout its over 20 years in business, O’Sullivan had its share of challenges and it relied on the foundation of some of its most basic principles to guide them. We think you will be able to relate and hope you will enjoy watching.

For every success story in the refreshment industry, there are many failures. VendCentral’s goal is to help create more success stories.
