07 Oct Canteen Canada Calgary Sets New Record

We’ve installed some pretty systems over the years, but we have just installed our single largest system ever. Shout out to the guys at Canteen Canada in their new Calgary location. We just completed installing a 900 light FastTrack in their brand-new building. To be completely transparent, it was not a single 900 light line.  It was 3 lines – snack, beverage, and OCS. But it was still the most lights we’ve ever installed in a single location.

Congratulations to Shane Burleigh and his entire team. This was not only a very large install but the travel issues that had to be worked around due to the pandemic made this even more challenging. The Canteen Canada team worked overtime to help LightSpeed get into the country and into the building to get this install done.

One of the most intriguing parts of this install was 300 lights went on an Office Coffee line. Not only one of the first OCS lighted lines, but bigger than most of our snack lines. It will be interesting to see the impact of K-cups on lights as opposed to being picked with the iPads.
